LA County Arts Commission, Alpert and Annenberg Grants

The Jazz Bakery recently received a 2012-2013 Los Angeles County Arts Commission Operating Grant.  This grant wil be used to help support the Jazz Bakery's Movable Feast concert series through 2013.  This grant comes on the heels of a generous grant from the Herb Alpert Foundation, and a prestigious Annenberg Foundation grant for $2 million as a lead grant for our new building project.  With a plot of land promised by the city of Culver City, the Jazz Bakery is on it's way to beginning a capital campaign to begin building it's new home designed by noted architect Frank Gehry.
